Dayna teaches a soft yet challenging class, Grounding, Rhythm and Endurance are the keywords of her training. She uses contemporary/ urban and improvisation techniques which provide an insight to move in connection with the whole body. The classes emphasize the mobility and release of the spine. Bringing awareness to direct the body's energy through breath towards dynamic movement. Exploring authentic movement and how to use the body in a healthy and effortless way. Floor exercises, structures as well as free phrases and Improvisation assignments, open ways to research the dancer’s body language. Experiencing and generating new movement vocabulary by focusing on the performative body. Transcending dance styles and embracing diversity. Open to all performance disciplines and suitable for all levels to professional dancers/ performers.
